Everything was great, the service, the food, just everything.... My only complaint is I got a steak knife so dull I couldn't cut lettuce with it for my salad. First world problems lol. Everything else was absolutely fantastic! Brooklyn (our server) was wonderful and the vibe of the place was great. Now we've got to come back and try brunch!

Great food!

Today, I tried their brunch menu. This wasn't my first time. I think I pay them a visit about once a month or more. I got chicken and waffles, and I was pleasantly surprised. This is not my regular choice in general because when I tried it elsewhere in the past, I just felt it was such a chore to eat. Often, chicken is not soft, and the waffle is just too big. Sometimes chicken can be too salty, but not here at the Bella Cafe, and not today. The presentation itself was absolutely beautiful and scrumptious. I loved their spicy(?) maple syrup. It was so delectable. I failed to remember my server's name. She was so attentive and kind. I can never finish their food, particularly today; the chicken and waffles were generous. I also got their European Pastry Buffet, and I ended up taking two boxes home, including my chicken and waffle leftovers. While I was struggling to manage carrying them along with my coffee to go and my umbrella, Rachel, one of the hostesses, came out and asked, "Would you like a bag?" She was watching me from the inside since I was sitting in their outdoor area. I just absolutely love it when young people are so observant, taking initiative in helping their patrons and actually offering help. Please commend Rachel for me, and also my server. She was petite with long dark hair in a low ponytail and was wearing glasses. She served me today, July 12th, from 12 p.m. in the outdoor seating area. I think I was there for just about an hour or less.

Cannot do better for a breakfast place.

Visiting Lexington and stumbled upon Bella Cafe & Grille. Outstanding food and service. Enjoyed the atmosphere with the relaxing jazz music. Will definitely stop by anytime I am in Lexington.

Food, staff, atmosphere is excellent. We are VERY disappointed that they have taken their onion rings off the menu! PLEASE ADD THEM BACK IN!!!!

We had the Brie Burger, the French Dip Burger, and the Chicken and Waffles. All were delicious, as were the fries and the seasonal cocktails we tried. Service was also great.

Overall very good. Tables too close together.
